Gabriela Dykstra grew up in the beautiful City of Speyer/Rhein in Germany. She came to Canada for a visit, met her now husband Phil, fell in love and stayed.
She is self-taught with a passion for art and has been painting since she was a teenager.
Dykstra gets her inspiration from travelling to exotic places like Curacao, Cuba, Panama and Kauai. She is influence by the colours of the tropical waters and luscious greenery you find in the tropics.
Gabriela has two beautiful children Isabel and Evan and a super cute ragdoll cat named Mocha.
